Compare before you commit
The right fence is not always the cheapest one. Compare lifespan, upkeep, privacy, and installed price tier.

Pressure-treated pine with a natural, familiar look and easy section-by-section repairs.

Rich color and natural resistance to insects and decay, aging gracefully to silver if left unfinished.

Clean, consistent panels that never need paint or stain and rinse down with soap and water.

Open visibility, dependable containment, and the lowest installed cost for large runs.

Powder-coated pickets that evoke wrought iron without rust-prone upkeep—ideal for pools and front yards.

Dense recycled-material boards with deep color, strong privacy, and no staining schedule.
How it works
Most residential projects move from signed proposal to installation in two to four weeks, depending on material lead times, permits, and weather.
We walk the property, confirm boundaries and utilities, discuss access, slope, trees, and the look you want.
Typical visit: 30–45 minutes.
We prepare drawings and product details, help with permit applications, and support HOA submissions where required.
You receive a clear pre-install checklist.
Posts are set, lines are checked, panels are built, and gates are hung with steel reinforcement where needed.
Most homes: 1–3 installation days.
We test every gate, review care instructions, clean the site, and confirm the finished line together.
Warranty details provided in writing.
Public utility marking is scheduled before post holes are opened. Private lines—sprinklers, lighting, invisible fences—are mapped with you.
One lead installer owns communication, daily cleanup, pet-safe temporary closures, and gate access at the end of each day.
Seasonal settling is normal. Our crew returns for a complimentary gate check during the first year if alignment changes.
Homeowner reviews
Line-item proposals explain footage, gates, tear-out, and hardware before work begins.
Daily cleanup, careful landscaping protection, and a single point of contact on site.
Steel-framed gates and properly set posts reduce the sag and drag common in first-year fences.
Family owned in Millbrook, MA
Founder Tom Calloway started IronPost Fence Co. after years building decks and exterior carpentry projects across Worcester County. He saw too many fences fail early because the posts were rushed.
Today, our small local crew still sets every post by hand-checking depth, drainage, alignment, and soil conditions. We build fewer projects at once so the lead installer can stay on site and answer questions directly.

We design for New England frost, clay pockets, ledge, shade, snow load, and the way wood moves through the seasons.
If a repair will safely buy three more years, we say so. If posts are gone and replacement is smarter, we explain why.
Five years on workmanship, with manufacturer warranties passed through on vinyl, aluminum, and composite systems.
