Some pests are a spray-can problem. These six aren't — they're telling you something bigger is going on behind the walls.
01 Droppings in cabinets or the basement
Small dark pellets along walls, in drawers, or under the sink mean rodents are commuting through your house nightly. What we do: find the route, seal the entries, and trap what's inside until it's quiet.
02 Scratching in the walls at night
That soft scurrying is mice nesting in the insulation — warm, safe, and very close to your wiring. What we do: locate the nest areas and the gap they came through; sealing matters more than traps alone.
03 Mud tubes on the foundation
Pencil-thin dirt tunnels running up concrete or the sill are termite highways — and they're a call-us-this-week sign, not a wait-and-see one. What we do: full inspection, written findings, and a flat treatment quote.
04 Piles of wings near windows
Discarded wings on sills in spring mean termites swarmed — and a colony is close enough to be eating your house. What we do: confirm the species, check the structure, and stop the colony, not just the swarm.
05 Ant trails that keep coming back
If the trail returns a week after spraying, the colony is untouched — sprays scatter satellite nests and can make it worse. What we do: bait the colony at the source so the trail ends permanently.

Q How fast can you get here?
Inspections are usually booked within two business days, and stinging-insect problems jump the line — same-week removal is standard, faster when a nest is near doors or play areas.
Q What if pests come back between visits?
On any recurring plan, call us and we come back and re-treat free. That's the deal — the barrier is our job to keep up, not yours to worry about.
Q Do you treat inside every visit?
Most recurring visits are exterior-first — that's where pests come from. Interior treatment is included whenever something's active inside, and most quarterly visits don't even need you home.
Q What does it cost?
It depends on home size and what's in there — so your inspection is free and the quote is flat and in writing before any treatment starts. The price we quote is the price you pay.
