Kitchen & bathroom remodeling
Kitchens & baths, built like furniture.
Copperline designs and builds kitchens and bathrooms across Worcester County and MetroWest — one crew, one fixed-price proposal, and craftsmanship you'd expect from a cabinet shop, not a construction site.
Now booking Winter 2026 design consultations — most kitchens start within 6–8 weeks of signed design.
Before / After
Same kitchen. Six weeks apart.
Drag the handle. This Holden farmhouse kitchen kept its footprint — everything else is new: inset cabinetry, quartzite counters, wide-plank oak, and lighting that finally does the room justice.

Start with a number
Curious what yours would cost?
The estimator takes about two minutes and gives you a realistic range for your room, size, and finish level — no email required to see it.
The kitchen is the whole house, really.
It's where mornings start, homework lands, and every party ends up. We design kitchens around how your household actually moves — then build them to a fixed price, on a published schedule.
Our approach
Designed on paper. Priced to the dollar. Built by our own crew.
Every Copperline kitchen starts with a measured design session in your home — not a showroom sketch. We draw the layout, price every line item, and hand you a fixed proposal before anyone picks up a pry bar.
During the build, one lead carpenter runs your job start to finish. Cabinets are set by the same hands that measured for them, and the site is broom-clean every evening — because you're living there while we work.
"The proposal said $86,500. The final invoice said $86,500."— Diane W., Holden

Honest ranges
What kitchens cost in Central MA right now.

Small rooms. Serious craft.
Bathrooms are the most technical rooms in the house — waterproofing, plumbing, tile, ventilation, and electrical in forty square feet. It's exactly the kind of work that rewards doing it once, properly.
Primary baths
A primary bath should feel like the best hotel you've stayed in — every single morning.
Curbless walk-in showers with proper linear drains. Freestanding tubs that are actually comfortable. Heated floors on a programmable thermostat, so February mornings start warm. And storage designed around two people getting ready at once, not one.
Every shower we build is waterproofed with a full membrane system and flood-tested for 24 hours before a single tile is set. It's the part nobody sees — and the part that decides whether your bathroom lasts thirty years or five.
"They flood-tested the shower pan for a full day before tiling. That's when I knew."— Priya S., Westborough
What's included

How a Copperline remodel actually runs.
No mystery, no allowances, no "we'll figure it out on site." Six stages, each with a deliverable you can hold us to.
Consultation & measure
We visit your home, measure everything, and talk honestly about what your budget can and can't do. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you who is.
Design & selections
Layouts, cabinetry, tile, stone, and fixtures — selected with our designer in two working sessions. You see drawings and samples, not a mood board and a shrug.
Fixed proposal
A line-by-line proposal with a fixed total. Cabinets get ordered, trades get scheduled, and your start date goes on the calendar — in writing.
Permits & prep
We pull the permits, protect the floors and furniture, set up dust control, and stage materials before demo day — so construction starts clean.
The build
One lead carpenter, daily photo updates, and a site that's broom-clean every evening. Rough work is inspected before anything gets covered up.
Walkthrough & warranty
We walk the finished rooms against our 40-point checklist together. Anything short of right gets fixed before final payment — then your 5-year workmanship warranty starts.
While we work
You'll live there. We act like it.
Dust walls and zipper doors on every job. A temporary sink setup during kitchen work, scheduled water shut-offs during bath work, and a daily text with photos of what got done. Most clients stay in the house for the entire project — comfortably.
- Fixed price — the proposal total is the invoice total
- One lead carpenter accountable for your job, start to finish
- Licensed & insured, permits pulled on every project
- Daily photo updates — see progress without the dust
- 5-year workmanship warranty, in writing

A real range, in two minutes.
Four quick steps — the room, its size, the finish level, and the scope. Built from the pricing in our last forty proposals, not a national average calculator.
Which room are we remodeling?
Pick the room you're planning first — you can estimate the other one right after.
How big is the room?
Drag to the rough floor area — length × width. A best guess is fine; we measure precisely at the consultation.
What finish level fits the house — and the plan?
All three are built to the same structural standard. The difference is materials, customization, and detail.
What should the estimate include?
Your finish level covers the core project. Add anything you're considering — each shows its typical added range, and you can change your mind at design.
Your ballpark estimate
—
Ballpark only — not a quote. Your fixed proposal comes after the in-home measure and design sessions, and it doesn't move once signed.
